MazzLabs Support

Remote support your customers can trust.

Your technician reads a code over the phone, the customer opens a one-time support file and approves, and you’re on their screen in under a minute. Use it hosted by MazzLabs, or run it on your own servers under your own brand.

In use for MazzLabs’ own customer support at support.mazzlabs.xyz.

How a MazzLabs Support session connects The technician works in a browser console. The customer runs a one-time support file on their Windows PC and approves the session. Both connect out to the MazzLabs Support server, hosted by MazzLabs or on your own servers, which relays the screen, chat and files and records the session. How a session works

From a phone call to the customer’s screen.

Give them a code

Start a session in the console and read the 6-digit code over the phone, or send the link. Technicians are never listed publicly.

They open the support file

The customer enters the code and runs a small support file for Windows. Nothing is installed, and it stops working after the session.

They approve

The customer chooses to share their screen and allow control. A banner stays on their screen the whole time, with pause and end buttons.

You fix it

See and control the screen, chat, send or pull files, and ask for administrator rights when a task needs them.

Capabilities

Everything a support call needs, nothing it doesn’t.

Attended support only: someone is at the computer, agrees to the session, and can end it at any moment.

Screen

See and control every monitor

Switch between monitors, adjust quality, send special keys including Ctrl+Alt+Del, and paste text as typing.

Chat and files

Talk and transfer, both ways

Chat in the session window, send a fix to the customer or pull a log from their computer. Every transfer is recorded.

Admin rights

Elevation by consent

When a task needs administrator rights, the customer is asked first and can say no. Requests and answers are logged.

Records

A full record of every session

Who helped whom, on which device, for how long, the chat transcript, file transfers and an audit trail of each step.

Brand

Your brand on every screen

Your logo, colors, wording and domain on the support page and in the customer’s session window.

Team

Technicians, roles and policy

Add technicians, control what they can do, set session rules, and review everything in the audit log.

Deployment

Hosted, or on your own servers.

Same product either way. Pick where sessions run and where the records live.

Hosted by MazzLabs

Good to know

Before you get started.

Windows customers today

The customer’s support file runs on Windows. For Mac, phones and tablets, your technicians will need another way to help for now.

The customer stays in charge

Nothing happens without their approval, the banner shows when they’re being viewed or controlled, and they can pause or end the session at any time.

One-time by design

The support file is tied to a single session and expires. There’s no agent left running on the customer’s computer afterwards.
